Itinerary Details

Day 1

Day 1 DAY 1: HANOI – OSAKA

Evening: The tour guide will meet the group at the designated meeting point.
The group will be transferred by bus to Noi Bai International Airport at 9:00 PM to complete check-in procedures.
Board VJ938 flight (HAN – KIX), departing at 1:40 AM and arriving at 7:50 AM at Kansai International Airport – Osaka.
Overnight onboard & in-flight breakfast included.

Day 2

Day 2 DAY 2: OSAKA – KOBE HARBOR TOWER – OSAKA CASTLE (Breakfast on flight, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning:

Enjoy an in-flight breakfast provided by the tour company.
Upon arrival, transfer by bus for a full-day sightseeing tour:

Kobe Harbor Tower (Kobe Harborland) – The iconic symbol of Kobe. At night, the tower is illuminated with LED lights, creating a mesmerizing view.
Shukugawa Park – Home to 1,700 cherry blossom trees stretching along the 2.8 km Shukugawa River. Enjoy the stunning harmony of cherry blossoms reflecting on the crystal-clear water, capturing nature’s beauty at its finest.

Afternoon:

Lunch at a local restaurant, featuring the famous Kobe Beef, Japan’s most renowned delicacy.
Visit the exterior of Osaka Castle – a grand, majestic fortress with golden accents and emerald-green tiles. The castle’s silhouette blends beautifully with the golden hues of ginkgo trees, creating a picturesque landscape.
Optional shopping at Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s most vibrant shopping district, offering high-quality Japanese goods and attractive promotions (subject to time availability).

Evening:

Dinner at a local restaurant.
Check-in and overnight stay in Osaka at Sarasa Hotel Shinsaibashi/Namba 3* or similar.

Day 3

Day 3 DAY 3: OSAKA – KYOTO - NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel. Check out. The car and tour guide pick up the group and move to Kyoto. Arrive at the ancient capital of Kyoto. The group departs to visit:

Fushimi Inari: famous for the “Senbon Torii” tunnel with many vermillion Torii gates located in the temple grounds. Every year, many people come here to pray for prosperity and smooth business, and to make their wishes come true or to thank for their fulfilled wishes, they bring many Torii gates to the shrine. Currently, the number of Torii gates has reached about 10,000.
Maruyama Park : is considered one of the most beautiful cherry blossom viewing spots in spring, famous for growing many cherry blossoms, with a large space of about 90,000 km2, there are about 700 different cherry trees planted here including Shidare-zakura, Somei Yoshino, Yama-zakura, …. Standing out in the middle of the park is the 90-year-old cherry tree “Gion Shidare-zakura” with a height of 12m.

∙ Lunch: The group has lunch at a local restaurant.

∙ Afternoon : After lunch, the group gets on the bus to move to Nagoya City. The group visits

Free shopping in Sakae and Oasis 21: Sakae is a major shopping area located in the city center. Sakae has all kinds of good items from cheap, medium-priced to famous foreign brands. Near the shopping area is Hisayaodori Park, which is often used for weekend festivals. At the end of the park is the Nagoya City TV Tower.

The group had dinner at the restaurant, checked into the hotel, and rested in Nagoya.

Day 4

Day 4 DAY 04: NAGOYA - MOUNT FUJI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning : The group has breakfast at the hotel. Check out.

The car and tour guide will pick up the group and move them to the station to experience the journey by Shinkansen bullet train – the pride of the Japanese people.

Visiting the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai – In autumn, visitors can leisurely stroll along the winding dirt road lined with walls made of dark green pine bushes and colorful flower beds. Suddenly, a picturesque scene appears at the end of the road: a jade green lake hidden among lush green grass, in the distance is the shadow of an ancient tree spreading its canopy reflecting itself on the quiet lake.
You experience the Earthquake Museum

∙ In the evening, the group will have dinner at a local restaurant. Check in and rest. Take an Onsen bath at the hotel. Stay overnight at Sun Plaza Yamanakako Hotel 3*** or equivalent.

Day 5

Day 5 DAY 05: TOKYO CITY TOUR (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

The group has breakfast at the hotel. The group checks out. The group visits

Mount Fuji – the symbol of Japan (If the weather is nice, you will go up to station number 5, see Mount Fuji sparkling with silver snow in the sun). You are free to visit and shop in the Fuji area.

In the afternoon , you will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, the car and tour guide will pick you up and move to Tokyo , continuing the journey to visit Tokyo with :

Asakusa Kannon Temple – The oldest temple in Tokyo, built in 645 during the Edo period. This is the place to worship the Goddess of Mercy, and is also the center of major annual festivals in Japan. You can visit and shop at the Nakamise street next to the temple.
Stroll and take pictures along the famous Sumida River, with rows of cherry blossom trees in full bloom. Take souvenir photos with the famous Tokyo Sky Tree from the Sumida River (Tower entrance fee not included)

The group moved to the hotel near Narita International Airport.

∙ In the evening, the group will have dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Mystays Premier Narita 3*** or equivalent.

Day 6

Day 6 DAY 06: TOKYO – HANOI (Breakfast

Morning : You have breakfast at the hotel, check out.

You are free to shop and have lunch at the shopping center (The shopping center’s car will pick you up on time).

The car will pick you up and take you to Narita International Airport to catch flight VJ935 departing at 16:25 back to Hanoi.

20:55: The plane lands at Noi Bai International Airport. The car takes the group back to the meeting point in the city center. The program ends successfully.

The order of the attractions in the program may change but the number of attractions remains the same.
No refunds will be given in full or for any unused portion of included services once the tour has commenced.
For individuals traveling alone or in groups of one person, they will have to pay a single room fee. In case there is another guest to share the room with, the tour company will refund that fee.
In case the tourist does not get a visa due to objective reasons from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the embassy review fee of 3,000,000 VND/person . In case the customer does not prepare the visa application on time, leading to visa rejection before the flight date, after the air ticket has been issued, the non-refundable fee is 20,000,000 VND/person .
In case the tourist fails to get a visa due to factors such as: not cooperating with the company to provide sufficient documents according to the regulations of the embassy, having an interview appointment but not attending or failing to answer the interview, having resided illegally in Japan, having violated the law and regulations on entry and exit, being banned from leaving the country without declaring, having a name that matches the blacklist of having worked illegally in Japan… the non-refundable cost in all cases is 20,000,000 VND/person .
In case the customer has obtained a visa but does not depart on the correct date, the cancellation conditions of the contract will apply.
Price is calculated for children sleeping in the same bed with parents. If you request a separate bed for children, please pay 100% of the tour price.
Children under 2 years old are charged 30% of adult price.
The price applies to customers from 11 to 69 years old, from 70 years old and above will pay the difference for the premium, from 75 years old and above requires a certificate of full health to travel abroad issued by a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
Tour prices may change when airlines increase fuel surcharges and visa fees change,
Flight schedules and times may vary depending on specific departure dates.
Please do not miss the shopping points specified in the program.
The minimum number of departing passengers is 10 or 15 people (depending on the unit price). If the number of departing passengers is less, the price will be adjusted to match the actual number or postponed to the next departure date.
Passport must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date)
The program may change order according to actual situation, but still ensures to visit all attractions.

30 days before departure date, free name change. Tour cancellation, non-refundable = 50% of total tour program price (including airfare).

From 21-30 days before departure date, tour cancellation, non-refundable fee = 75% of total tour program price (including airfare).
From 15-21 days before departure date, tour cancellation, non-refundable fee = 90% of total tour program price (including airfare).
From 14 days before departure date, tour cancellation fee is non-refundable = 100% of total tour price (including airfare).

Lưu ý 5 STEPS TO BOOK A TOUR

Step 1: Deposit 20,000,000 VND / guest with required identification documents:

Step 2: 15 days after the company receives all documents and submits them to the Embassy, if there is no special notice, the customer will officially receive the visa.
Step 3: Pay the full tour fee 15 days before departure and receive pre-trip instructions 5 days before departure.

Lưu ý 6 GENERAL POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURS

1) You must deposit the tour fee immediately upon registering for the tour. Pay the full tour fee when the visa result is available or 15 working days before departure date (whichever comes first).

2) Due to the nature of individual guests, the departure date may change to a new departure date later if:

10 days before departure date, the group does not have enough guests of 15 adults or more. b. The expected departure date encounters force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars, etc.

3) As soon as you register, we will submit your visa application. The visa application review fee is non-refundable in all cases, 3,000,000 VND/person . In case the customer does not prepare the visa application on time, leading to visa rejection before the flight date, after the flight ticket has been issued, the non-refundable fee is 20,000,000 VND/person .

4) In case you are not allowed to exit the country due to Airport Customs refusal and entry at Japanese airport refusal due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.

Certificate of employment

+ Administrative and career block:

– Recruitment decision or appointment decision (in case of holding a position)

– Labor contract if you are an employee.

+ LLC:

– In case you are the person whose name is on the Business Registration Certificate, you only need to submit a notarized copy of the Business Registration Certificate;

– In case you are an employee: employment contract, leave application.

+ Retirement: Retirement decision or pension book

+ Students: Have student card or leave application for travel with confirmation from the school

Proof of financial capacity:

+ Confirm bank account balance for the last 3 months

+ Savings book of at least 125 million VND/person and confirmation of term savings book balance.

In case the customer’s visa application is denied, the original passport will be returned (submitted documents will not be returned) and a visa can only be re-applied after 6 months.
